Goals

With only a few years remaining in my competitive career its time to start passing my knowledge along to others. In the sport of cycling everybody is looking for the competitive edge; coaching, bike fit, equipment, nutrition, tire pressure, lighter weight, more watts, diet, ...

You name it and people have asked me.  What do you eat for breakfast, how many intervals do you do, what tire pressure do you run, what is your secret?

Secrets!  There are no secrets???  It's all about hard work, is what most of the pros tell you.  Just pedal faster, but that's not true.  There are a million secrets.  A professional has learned them all and its second nature to them.  I can help you learn those secrets.  To me they are not secrets any more.  It is my lifestyle.  However each year I race I learn 10 secrets and that is how you improve.

My plan for you:

Set goals together and come up with a training plan to accomplish those goals  using all my secrets and keep all other aspects of life balanced.
