Lactate Threshold Testing


Defining your lactate threshold as it relates to power output or heart rate is an excellent way to quantify your fitness and to appropriately establish training ranges.  Momentum Endurance offers LT Testing so rider’s can train with greater precision.  Cycling performance is highly dependent  upon one’s power to weight ratio at Lactate Threshold, so why not get an accurate measure of this important metric? Repeated tests done over time will confirm changes to your physiology and provide a record of your progression. $125 per single test or $225 for two tests.


BIKE FITTING:


I am certified in bike fitting and although I don't think there is a magic number I do believe if you are off you can lose out on a race or create long term injuries.


Every cyclist has an optimal position based on his flexibility and body type.  If you are having problems or need to be dialed in I can help get you there.  Bike fitting like training is a long term process.


$150 per fitting includes body measuremtns, flexibility tests, bike measurements and lifetime adjustments on that bike afterwards.


add $50 for a second bike.

Tucson is one of the best spring training locations in the country.  Every year riders at every level from all over the world flock to Tucson in December January Febraury and March.


Personalized Training at the very best level.  This is your opportunity to live like a pro and train like a pro.  I will accompany you on 2-3 training rides per week.  You will learn straight from the source on what its like to train in the mountains, do proper intervals, rack up some base miles, go for a recovery ride, and I'll even clue you in on all the dining hot spots.


If mountain biking is your thing then we will hit some of the finest Sonoran Desesrt Singletrack in the land.


$500 per week or $1250 per month.
